Feelin - your AI sales advisor
It goes through every deal in your CRM in your place - and where the team fell short, it assigns the fix to the person who owns it.
It stops your sales team from losing your money
It goes through every deal in your CRM in your place - and where the team fell short, it assigns the fix to the person who owns it.
It stops your sales team from losing your money
Your head of sales holds the team together but does not grow it. Nothing moves unless you push it
Working out what is really going on in the team takes hours and days. You do not have them - the whole business is on you
You trust the bank statement and nothing else. The CRM is a mess you have no appetite to untangle
Teaching people things that are obvious to you is nobody's idea of a good time
Hundreds of deals, and you get through three a day. Half of the conversations never reach the CRM at all
You work around the clock, and still never get to sit down and go through the deals
Plenty of leads, few real ones. And nothing to prove it with, so nobody believes you
You repeat the same thing over and over and nothing changes. The old hands hide behind their tenure
Sales blame marketing, you blame sales. The argument never ends
What to fix in the traffic and which channels to push - there is nothing to decide it on: how leads are handled is invisible
The funnel names the stage where everything stalled. Why it happened is anyone's guess
You would like to know which leads are real and what actually drove the purchase. There is no such information, not systematically
It reviews the team as a whole: how conversations are run, where money leaks, what to fix in the CRM and which changes will move revenue
See how it looks in your industry.
It reads every deal of each person on the team and builds a profile - strengths, recurring mistakes, which skills to train and how - so they sell more
And you - earn more
It goes through every deal: what it is about, what the rep got wrong and how to put it right
For each client - what to say and when, to move them towards buying
A to-do list for the head of sales: what to go through with each rep and which deals to rescue right now - in order of priority
A fresh plan every morning
Feelin fills in the CRM fields itself, creates the tasks for your reps and checks that they get done
The dull admin work comes off your desk
Chats, email, voice notes, files and meetings - read in the context of the whole pipeline, not one conversation torn out of the deal
Put together from 120+ sales departments over nine years of work
Tasks land in the CRM card for the rep who owns them; the head of sales gets a ready plan for the day

Phone numbers, names, company names and ID numbers are stripped out before the analysis starts.
The access token to your CRM is stored encrypted (AES-256) - it is not visible in the interface, not even to you.
You read "Deal #197592", not the client's name and address.
Feelin reads the substance of the conversation - questions, objections, what was agreed. Names and phone numbers add nothing to that.
Feelin is built by VAIT, a CRM integrator that has set up 120+ sales departments since 2017.
Personal data never reaches the AI. Phone numbers, names, company names and ID numbers are stripped out at export - before any analysis starts. A number is recognised even when it sits in the middle of a note.
Your CRM access is encrypted. The token is stored encrypted and is not visible in the interface, not even to you.
Reports are anonymised. You read "Deal #197592", not the client's name.
A flat fee per user. No tokens, no variable part: however many conversations Feelin reviews, the invoice does not move.
One deal pays for it. If in a month Feelin brings back a single deal you would otherwise have lost, it has paid for itself. The rest you keep.
The smallest package is three users. Below that there is not enough material to tell a systemic mistake from a one-off.
The current rate is on the pricing page.
The numbers are calculated by code, not by the model. Scores, shares and totals come from database queries - the model does not invent figures. It judges the substance of the conversation, and it does that against the methodology of your industry, not on a whim.
Recommendations are about 98% accurate. That is better than most people doing the same job.
Check it on your own deals. Take three conversations you consider strong and three you consider weak, and compare with your own judgement in the first week. That settles it faster than any argument.
And to be blunt: if Feelin shows that your team is in good shape - do not buy it.
There is nothing to set up. Connecting Feelin is three clicks and takes five minutes. After that it runs on its own: it reviews at night and hands you the result in the morning.
Your reps learn nothing new. Tasks and notes arrive in the deal cards they already work in - no separate system to adopt.
Fifteen minutes a morning for the head of sales. A ready list: what to go through today and which deals to rescue. No wall of text to read.
Feelin sits on top of your CRM in read mode and does not touch your settings, pipelines or automations - it cannot break the migration.
If the pipeline is being rebuilt right now, start with recommendations only and leave field autofill off: Feelin will show where money leaks without writing anything into the cards. Writing can be switched on later, once the setup settles.
That is the normal state of affairs - it is true of 90% of companies. Feelin will tidy your CRM as it goes.
All it needs is at least one connected source of conversations: calls (IP telephony), messages (any integration) or meetings (online or in person).
Out of the box Feelin performs at a solid average level from the moment it is connected.
To sharpen it, upload what your sales team already runs on: scripts, playbooks, checklists, standards. That is one button in the product.
There is no catch. The demo runs on your real data, with no payment and no contract, so that you see the result before you pay rather than "some day".
If it does not suit you, you simply stop. If it does, you pick a plan and carry on.
Feelin is not covert surveillance: a rep sees their own results, their own mistakes and what to do about them.
In practice people start keeping the CRM in better order and handling clients better, because the feedback is specific and about the work - not "the boss is unhappy again".
Replacing people does not fix the system. If money is lost because of the way the team runs conversations and the CRM, the next hire repeats the same mistakes - and you spend the time and the budget on hiring again.
Feelin shows exactly where each person loses money and pulls the strong ones up to result. That is cheaper and faster than cycling through people. Who to keep is still your call - only now it is made on facts.
Feelin shows where your team loses money and what to do about it. The review is free and runs on your real data. Up and running in a day, with no contract and nothing to pay upfront.
